Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Millville Protein Pancake Mix
- 3/4 cup milk or water
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or oil (optional)
- Optional add-ins: blueberries, chocolate chips, or banana slices
Instructions
- Preheat a lightly greased griddle or nonstick skillet to medium heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk (or water), egg, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add Millville Protein Pancake Mix and stir just until combined — do not overmix.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes for fluffier pancakes.
- Pour 1/4 cup portions onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges set, about 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings like berries, peanut butter, or honey.
Notes
For extra protein and flavor, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt or peanut butter to the batter. Pancakes can be prepped ahead and frozen for up to one month. Reheat in the toaster or oven for a quick, nutritious breakfast.
